Tasmanian oak refers to three eucalypt species commonly found in Tasmania, and less commonly found in the alpine regions in Victoria and NSW. Tassie oak trees grow up to 90 meters in height. It is generally a warm, light toned Australian hardwood timber with a dense, even grain, which makes it is a distinctive and beautiful wood.
