Red Cedar Click Pen and Pencil Sierra Set

Red cedar is possibly Australia's most celebrated native timber with its very fine grain in reddish brown and fine dark brown striations along the grain. In the 19th century red cedar dominated the interiors of colonial Australia and was used extravagantly for fine furniture and joinery in places such as Government House and Sydney Town Hall. In 1795 it was Australia’s first export, sending ships back to England full of timber. Red cedar is still highly sought after and readily available in North Queensland.
