Cuban Abalone with Gaboon Ebony

Abalone (Pāua shell) hold a rainbow of iridescent colours.  

Quality shells were sourced from New Zealand and meticulously hand placed onto the pen by myself and then cast in resin before being turned. The striking colours range from deep sapphire blue and turquoise green to purples, pinks and creams. Pāua shell is also known as sea opal and traditionally associated with the stars and recognised by the New Zealand Maori as treasure. 

The ever-popular Cuban pens!  With classic style and handling, these masculine-looking pens allow enough heft to fit larger hands. They will never get lost on a desktop or in a purse.

This pen will have Black Ebony and black trims.
