I cant fault these pens I have bought quite a few different ones and styles, including custom made ones since I found them on Tiktok. I also had a custom seam unpicker made for a young seamstress, and an extra special 21st gift which he sourced particular colours and hardware. Neil is very professional and customer service extremely quick, obliging and efficient. Angela is brilliant at keeping things organised and very friendly as well. Highly recommended to everyone, and the best part is they look and write beautifully and are a very comfortable pen to use. The abalone pen has to be seen to be appreciated. Stunning 😍
I purchase a pen I see them turned live they turn up and they are quality. Components they are quality. Communication with the seller is spot on postage and shipping very diligent well packed with plenty of protection.
